Signs of Language

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DcYnmonNA1l/?igsi=NHd2dHc5a2tsNTc1 Everyone needs a language. #SignLanguage is a language  It is a language to support those who are Hearing & Speech Impaired. It is a language everyone else can also learn, understand & use to #Communicate with those having the same language 😊 When we move cities, or get married into a home that has different customs or language, when we invite someone who does not speak the same language as us, when we travel abroad to another country with a language other than ours, when we need to be understood, and when we need to understand.. We LEARN. ADAPT. ACCOMMODATE. MAKE EFFORTS TO UNDERSTAND what the other person is trying to say, and what we wish to share... #SignLanguage is just different language.  Do not make it a difficult one. You can learn it too. And teach to other people around you. Many organizations are working genuinely to teach Sign Language.  Sign up and equip yourself today. You neve...

Broken Pieces

I am broken Into a thousand pieces Scattered away across the mosaic flooring. The sudden loudness of one moment of just me, Was silenced within minutes, even though I was now many pieces of myself. Some fell facing up, While many fell, face down, As though they were sorry For what now cannot be undone. Wishing someone would notice The broken me and my pieces, And pick them up to mend them back To make me feel whole. They walked past And ignored, The elements that seemed to have no meaning, Safely stepping aside, and walking by, To save themselves, some bleeding. I lay there, tattered, As though nothing really mattered, With my heart completely shattered With no courage to gather. The puzzle of the pieces Were so complicated, That, with time passing by, It just looked fated. Everyone was around, Discussing my fate, Debating whether I deserved Or must I be favoured. A strong wind suddenly made it's way Sweeping all my shattered pieces away, In its dire...

A Thought Dedication

Ganesh Chaturti, a festival I am fond of and I began to have the celebration at my home few years ago for my family to enjoy to. An incarnation that the human mind created from an inspiration in nature, seems like a saviour to most of us. Yet, we did not stand up to save them. It means we have actually killed our own inspiration. Maybe slowly we are stealing from Nature all the inspiration we can, only to let the source of inspiration itself die a slow death. Maybe we are arrogant that we have probably become 'creators' and are in competition with the original artist itself. Maybe we are delusional about the expansiveness of our lives, when we know clearly we have a timeline we tread on. Maybe we have transformed ourselves into different beings altogether, who cannot be called 'human' afterall. Maybe it is time to go back to the basics and learn who we are. Maybe it is time, we become HUMANS. #WishYouPeace

Words That Matter

A story not long ago began, As the virus somewhere sprang, There was fear in the air, Yet only few did care. Suddenly, the nation went into lockdown, Leaving millions to frown, People shut themselves indoor, Following instructions, the news channels did pour. With not much of an option to explore, Everyone waited in anticipation, until they could roar. Every household began to stock, Grains, pulses, fruits, vegetables, anything they could block. The social media galore, Was all bustling and brimming, with eagerness that more 'likes' would pour. People began to learn new things, Some learnt cooking, dancing and even to sing. Everything seemed as if was going well, Hashtags like #StayHome and #StaySafe began to tell. Amidst all these many happenings, The majority were blindly forgotten, With jobs gone and income taken away, Little did the poor recognize they were kept at bay. When suddenly they emerged in large numbers, It shook the parliament members. Si...
